Extensive material procurement, a supplier network and long-term cooperation with heat and surface processors enable the production of highly processed products.

Certificates

We can verify materials with our XRF Analyzer (X-MET7500) -Positive material identification (PMI measurement).

If necessary, we provide raw material certificates 3.1 or 3.2 verified by an external testing institute (classification eg Lloyd Register, DNV GL)

We are able to provide NDT-non-destructive material testing reporting through partners (such as PT Penetration, MT Magnetic Powder, UT Ultrasound, RT Radiographic Inspection)

Surface and heat treatment certificates as required from the handler.
