sells products to adults or companies of legal age in Finland. Prices are guide prices free in our warehouse without VAT. Packaging and delivery costs are added to the prices. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs without prior notice.<\/p>\n

Hardened flanges and bushings are in limited stock. Some products are not stored. Large lots are offered separately.<\/p>\n

In the technical tables, we have tried to be careful. If they show inaccuracies, we cannot take responsibility. The price list replaces the older price lists.<\/p>\n

Ordering<\/strong><\/p>\n

The products are ordered on the online store’s website by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the checkout service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or to clarify any ambiguities in it, unless otherwise stated. When ordering from the online store, you are required to read and agree to the current delivery terms.<\/p>\n

Payment and payment methods<\/b><\/p>\n

The payment service is provided by Verifone Finland Oy (0943819-9). Verifone Finland Oy is a payment institution licensed by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment transactions are executed in Verifone Finland Oy’s secure, secure payment environment. Verifone Finland Oy is shown as the recipient of bank and card payments on the account statement and possible card invoices, which forwards the payments to the merchant. After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. To send confirmation messages, you must provide an email address when ordering.<\/p>\n

Delivery methods and costs<\/b><\/p>\n

Your order will be delivered as a postal package. The current packaging and freight costs (20.00 EUR \/ delivery) will be added to the order.
Orders for orders arriving after 15.00 will be exported separately by post or bus on the same day, price 10.00 EUR \/ delivery.<\/span><\/p>\n

Delivery time<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our most common delivery times to Finland are 10 working days, depending on the order and delivery method. Product-specific delivery times are stated in connection with product information. We will not be liable for any delays caused by overwhelming cause or for any indirect inconvenience caused by the delays. Deviating delivery times are announced on the front page of the online store.<\/p>\n

Some of the products are not stored, delivery is made on time and according to the offer.<\/p>\n

Right of cancellation and return policy<\/b><\/p>\n

The customer has the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the order in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.<\/p>\n

You must indicate your name, address, order date, product in the cancellation notice and it must be sent by e-mail to ahmotuote@ahmotuote.fi or by post to the return address below. The product must be returned by post within 14 days of the cancellation notice in its original condition and original packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Attach a copy of the cancellation notice to your product return. If the product has been used, we reserve the right to charge a write-down up to the full price of the product. For returns due to the customer, we charge the postage and freight costs incurred, as well as delivery costs.<\/p>\n

If you wish to return or exchange products after the review period, please contact us directly. When returning a delivered order, include your name and contact information and account number for a refund. We will refund the full amount of the product you paid within 14 days of receiving the product if it matches the original product delivered in faultless condition.<\/p>\n

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal<\/b><\/p>\n

The right of cancellation does not apply to a product manufactured or modified at the customer’s request.<\/p>\n

Unclaimed package<\/b><\/p>\n

Non-redemption is not the same as refund or cancellation. For a non-redeemed package that has not been notified separately, we will charge a \u20ac 30.00 processing fee.<\/p>\n

Problem situations<\/b><\/p>\n

If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must report the error within 14 days in writing to ahmotuote@ahmotuote.fi or to the address mentioned in the right of cancellation and return conditions or by calling the telephone number mentioned in the contact information. If the package is damaged during transport, a complaint must be made to the company that delivered the product immediately.<\/b><\/p>\n

We will replace the defective product with a new one or refund the maximum value of the product we sell.<\/p>\n
